By using Yonder ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the App

Yonder is an app designed to help parents find activities and local events for their children. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The app is free to download and use with basic features; additional features are available through a paid Premium subscription.

Subscriptions and Payments

Yonder offers an optional auto-renewable Premium subscription that unlocks additional features including multiple child profiles, local events, calendar scheduling, and AI-powered suggestions.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play).
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency before purchase.

Free and Premium Features

Free users have full access to activity browsing, favourites, and one child profile. Premium subscribers additionally unlock:

• Multiple child profiles with age-based filtering
• Local events — create, browse, and share events with nearby parents
• Calendar — schedule activities and sync with Google Calendar
• AI-enhanced activity suggestions and co-pilot
• Public activity sharing with the community

Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@yonderapp.org.

User-Created Content

• You may create events that are visible to other users in your area.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of events you create.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that is misleading, inappropriate, or violates these terms.
• By posting content, you grant Yonder a non-exclusive licence to display it within the app.

Prohibited Conduct

• Do not post false, misleading, or harmful event information.
• Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or interact with the app.

Disclaimers

Yonder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of activity suggestions or user-created event information. Always use your own judgement when attending events or undertaking activities with children.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yonder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
